WOMEN’S SELF DEFENCE

Learn practical self defence techniques and how to develop a mindset that empowers you and builds your confidence, resilience and awareness.

During the course we will cover a range of basic self defence techniques and more importantly develop a mindset to be able to identify, avoid and escape threats/attacks. Learn to respond rather than react, to be mindful, focused and aware instead of being a victim.      

Whilst the focus is on avoidance or escape, you must be be able to escalate your physical response should the situation require it and do so aggressively. Your life may depend on it!
